Oil temperature is the key indicator. It can only be operated when the oil temperature is not lower than 20°C. However, if the oil temperature is higher than 80°C, it cannot be operated. Otherwise, too high oil temperature will damage many aspects of the slag picker. At this time, the operation should be suspended for timely inspection and maintenance; the power supply is also the top priority, because the slag scraper mainly relies on electric energy to work, check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced, and the voltage of each phase should be normal. It is strictly forbidden to operate the motor without a phase. After the hydraulic system and the motor have no problems, the power can be started.

If there is water in the tunnel, prevent the water from splashing on the motor of the slag excavator, otherwise it may cause a short circuit, causing damage to the motor of the mucking loader and causing potential safety hazards. If the water level exceeds one-third of the tire, it is not suitable for the excavator to work and should be stopped immediately.

Maintaining the mucking loader well is the visible effect of ensuring high production capacity, low safety risk, low cost, enhancing market competitiveness, increasing production, and completing task deadlines ahead of schedule. Only in this way can work efficiency be improved and spare parts cost saved.
