Crawler-belt mucking loader ZWY-80 is mainly used for cave mining operations with narrow spaces, such as metal mines, water diversion roadways, etc. Its function is to collect gravel and slag materials for various projects, it transports and loads them into other vehicles. The machine relies on the crawler to push and shovel rocks, and the rocks are picked up by the bucket into its own belt conveyor. The conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mine cars or other loading equipment. At the same time, the backhoe digging arm can also be used to pick up rocks within the distance , and the bucket can also be used to clean the working face.
It is suitable for roadways with a cross-section of 2.5×2.5 meters or more. The whole machine is crawler-tracked and belt-conveyed. It is suitable for mining and operations working faces with slopes within 15 degrees. One machine can replace multiple manual workers.

3.Hydraulic Motor: Yining hydraulic motor is selected, and the track can walk freely at about 10-15 degrees with good safety and stability.
4.Conveyor System: The belt is a one with no protruding heads. It has been verified that there is no problem with fine materials and slag on slopes of about 8-15 degrees. It is very practical and solves the problem of walking safety with slopes of certain degrees.
