The tire belt mucking loader ZWY-120/46 is mainly used for cave mining operations with narrow spaces, such as metal mines, water diversion roadways, etc., its function is to collect gravel and slag materials for various projects and carry out transportation and loading. The machine is propelled by tires to shovel rocks into its own belt conveyor through the bucket, and the conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mine cars or other loading equipment. At the same time, the backhoe digging arm can also be used to pick up rocks within the distant and the bucket can also be used to clean the working face.
It is suitable for roadways with a section of more than 3.5×3.5 meters, and the four-wheel drive conveyor frame of the whole machine can be folded back.
ZWY-120 series mucking loader is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the walking speed is about 2.5 km/h. 6. Working Arm: The national standard GB/T700-Q235B material is selected, the material thickness is 8-30mm, and the tensile strength is 235-345MPa.
7. Bushing: The moving part adopts solid graphite inlaid bearing (high-strength brass bushing) wear-resistant self-lubricating bushing, which has good wear resistance and long service life.

This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be used for breaking stones immediately when encountering large ones while removing slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.
The breaker can break stones and clean the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the side wall; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting without supplementary blasting.
There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.
Special cable reels are adopted which can realize the flexible and automatic retraction of cables when the equipment enters or exits the site, which saves manpower and material resources, improves safety and automation, and makes the loader enter or exit the site more flexibly. 60-80 meters can be installed.
