This model adopts a hydraulic pilot operation valve design. Compared with the joystick operation method, this operating system is easier, more flexible, and can relieve the arms from fatigue. The operator can also save a lot of physical energy.

3. Foldable Conveyor Rack

Small mines have a small working surface and many curves. The disadvantage of large equipment is that the movement transfer remains unchanged, and some large equipment cannot enter the operation space at all. This vehicle adopts a rear folding design, which can be folded down by 1 meter when there is a curve, shortening the length of the whole machine, ensuring the flexible transfer of the machine, and improving the efficiency of equipment.

Hydraulic Drum

At present, the conveying system of the mucking loader on the market is dominated by electric drums, and the voltage instability in mines might lead to the burning of electric drums. Zhongliang uses a hydraulic drum as the power, which has been verified so far, and it can reduce the influence of mine voltage instability on the mucking loader.

Hammer Breaker

This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can break large stones immediately if there is one while removing the slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.

The hammer breaker can break the stones and clean the floor of the roadway as well as the bottom of all sides; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting without the need for supplementary blasting.

There is no need for blasting when excavating hard coal roadways or semi-coal roadways.

Cable Reel

Special cable reels are adopted which can realize the flexible and automatic retraction of cables when the equipment enters or exits the site, saves manpower and material resources, improves safety, and has a high degree of automation, making the mucking loader more flexible and free to enter or exit the site.
