The ZWY-60 crawler-belt mucking loader is mainly used for cave mining operations with narrow space, such as metal mines, water diversion roadways, etc. Its function is to collect, transport and load gravel and slag materials into vehicles for various projects. The machine relies on the crawler to push and shovel rocks and the rocks are picked up by the bucket into its own belt conveyor, the conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mine cars or other loading equipment. At the same time, the backhoe digging arm can be used to pick up distant rocks within its reach, and the bucket can also be used to clean the working face.

It is suitable for roadways with a cross-section of 2.3×2.3 meters or more. The whole machine is crawler-tracked and belt-conveyed. It is suitable for mining and working faces with slopes within 15 degrees. One machine can replace multiple labor efficiency.

Hydraulic Pilot Operating System Easy and Flexible

This model adopts a hydraulic pilot operation valve design. Compared with the joystick operation method, this operating system is easier, more flexible, and can relieve fatigue of the arms. The operator can also save a lot of physical strength.

Foldable Conveyor Rack

Small mines have a small working surface with many curves. The disadvantage of large equipment is that the movement in transfering has to remain unchanged, and some large equipment cannot enter the operation space at all. This vehicle adopts a rear folding design, which can be folded down by 1 meter when there is a curve, shortening the length of the whole machine, which ensures the flexible movement of the machine, and maximise the efficiency of the equipment.


Hydraulic Drum

At present, the conveying system of the mucking loaders in the market is dominated by electric drums, and the voltage instability in mines mightl lead to the burning of electric drums. Zhongliang uses a hydraulic drum as the power, which has so far been verified, and it reduces the influence of voltage instability in mines on the mucking loader.

Hammer Breaker

This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be broken immediately when encountering large stones while removing slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.

The hammer breaker can break stones and maintain the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the sides; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting without the need for supplementary blasting.

There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.


Cable Reel
