1. Excavation Part: Pilot operation is adopted, which is simple and more convenient. Various operating joysticks are selected from those made by Zhejiang Haihong Hydraulics.

2. Working Arm: The material adopts the national standard GB/T700-Q235B, the tensile strength reaches 375-550MPa.

3. Hydraulic Cylinder: Oil cylinders made by Fujian Shanli engineering machinery are used. The thrust of the oil cylinders can reach 4500N. The imported Parker brand seals are used, which have good sealing performance, long life and high reliability. Each joint adopts the Koryo self-lubricating bushings, which have better wear resistance.

4. Bushing: JDB solid graphite inlaid bearing (high-strength brass bushing) (ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3) is selected, which has high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, and thus may reduce maintenance costs.

Hydraulic System

After several generations of product upgrading, the overall design of the hydraulic system is more reasonable to ensure working stability.

The hydraulic system adopts two-level control, it is equipped with domestic hydraulic pilot joysticks, has good proportional control characteristics, and is easy and convenient to operate.

The hydraulic gear pump adopts the triple pump/double pump produced by Jinan 7423 Military Factory, which has strong wear resistance and pollution resistance, high efficiency and long service life.

The hydraulic system adopts a high-power air-cooled radiator to ensure constant working oil temperature of the whole system.

The filter can control the pollution of the hydraulic system thus to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

Conveying Part

1. Both sides of the trough, the bottom plate and the pressure chain plate are all wear-resistant, which enhances the wear resistance of the conveying trough when conveying materials.

2. The main (slave) sprocket is made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel so as to improve the service life of the sprocket.

3. The scraper is made of Q345B material, welded and reprocessed, which makes it convenient to produce different types of scrapers according to customer's need.

4. The scraper chain adopts double chains, which increases the transportation capacity of materials.

5. The chain adopts a chain pitch of 50.8mm, and the tensile load of this chain is 277KN; the chain plate adopts 40Mn, the pin shaft adopts 20Cr, and the roller adopts GCr15. Therefore, the life of the chain is longer than that of the belt.

1. The conveying motor adopts a low-speed high-torque motor produced by Zhejiang-Ningbo Yining, with a rated torque of 2433N·M.

2. Power leads, electrical circuit boards and electrical component connecting wires are connected by wire lugs, and rubber cushioning and anti-vibration pads are installed on the electricity box and circuit boards to reduce electrical circuit loosening faults.

3. The electrical components used are selected from the manufacturers that meet the safety standards. The connecting wires used in each individual circuit are differentiated in color for easy maintenance.(only for non-explosion-proof models)

4. A circuit breaker is added to better control the output of the transformer. (only for non-explosion-proof models)

Hammer Breaker

This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be break large stones immediately when encountering them while removing the slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.

The hammer breaker can break stones and maintain the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the side; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting without the need for supplementary blasting.

There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.

Cable Reel

Special cable reels are adopted, which can realize the flexible and automatic retraction of cables when the equipment enters or exits the site, saves manpower and material resources, improves safety, and has a high degree of automation, making the mucking loader more flexible and free to enter or exit the site. 60 meters can be installed.
