Its function is to collect, transport and load gravel and slag materials into vehicles for various projects,. The machine relies on the crawler to push the bucket to shovel rocks and scrape the stones into its own scraper conveying system through the bucket. The conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mine cars or other loading equipment. This machine adopts hydraulic system, the action adopts hydraulic control, so it is easy to be operated with the electro-hydraulic transmission, and it integrates four functions of excavation collection, transportation, walking, loading in one; the machine adopts crawler walking, it has strong climbing force, compact structure, wide pick-up range, and can load rocks in the whole section without leaving blind angles, and does not need manual assistance to clean the working face, which reduces the labor intensity of workers.

2. Working Arm: The material adopts the national standard GB/T700-Q235B, the tensile strength reaches 375-550MPa.

This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be used to break large stones immediately when encountering them while removing the slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.
The hammer breaker can break stones and maintain the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the side; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting without the need for supplementary blasting.
There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.
