Introduction
The tire belt mucking loader ZWY-160 is mainly used for cave mining operations with narrow space, such as metal mines, water diversion roadways, etc. Its function is to collect gravel and slag materials and transport them and load them into other vehicles for various projects.
The machine is propelled by tires to shovel rocks into its own belt conveyor through the bucket, and the conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mine cars or other loading equipment. At the same time, the backhoe digging arm can also be used to pick up distant rocks within its reach, and the bucket can also be used to clean the working face.
It is suitable for roadways with a cross-section of 4.5×4.5 meters or more. The whole machine is driven by four wheels. The working efficiency of a 160-type mucking loader can replace multiple manual labor. It is a good helper for mine excavation.
Features
ZWY-160 series large scale tire type mucking loader is suitable for mines, bridges and culverts, water diversion tunnels and other cross-sections of ≥ 4 × 4 meters, it can be used together with large transport vehicles, and has high slag removal efficiency. The size of the carriage is about 4000mm (length)× 2200mm (height). It is equipped with a high strength wear resistant and flame retardant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1000mm and a belt speed of up to 0.8m/s. which far exceeds the speed of the scraper machine which is about 0.4-0.6m/s, thus the conveying efficiency is high, and the loading efficiency can be increased by about 30-50%. The large scale tire type mucking loader adopts a high/low dual speed walking design, which is easy to change the work site or climb slopes, and the transition speed can reach 5.0 km/h that saves the transition time. The belt conveyor is driven by a high torque hydraulic motor which can be started with a load (full of slag) to shorten the loading time. This can avoid the disadvantages of electric drum starting that is easy to burn due to unstable working voltage (voltage lower than 380V) and load (full of slag).
The hydraulic system of ZWY-160 large scale tire type mucking loader adopts JHP series high-pressure gear pump, the rated working pressure can reach 25MPa, and all the control parts adopt pilot operation, which is flexible and easy to operate, and thus reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
The cylinders for the large and small arms are selected from engineering machinery oil cylinders, and the seals are imported Parker and NOK, which have good sealing performance, long life and high reliability. The joints use wear-resistant cylinder sleeves as bearings, which have better wear resistance and long service life.
The main pump is a gear pump produced by a military factory, and the multi-way valve is produced by a domestic hydraulic component factory.
1.The conveying motor is selected from Zhenjiang Dali, with low speed and high torque.
2.The hydraulic main pipeline adopts double-layer steel wire buckle hose, with a pressure resistance of 30MPa, and all hose joints are sealed with 24° conical surface to reduce connection leakage and this greatly reduces the possibility of oil leakage which might be caused by flat O seals.
The machine is a crawler type walking with dual speed and four wheel drive, the original walking speed is a low speed of 0.95km/h, the climbing force is strong, the speed can reach 4.75km/h, the transition speed is fast, and it can be used on multiple working faces.
Working Desk
The operating console of the cab is equipped with the control button for start or stop of the oil pump motor, the operating joysticks for the working arm, the lower walking and lifting foot valve, and the operating and stopping valve of the hydraulic drum. The design is fully in line with ergonomics, convenient and labor-saving; the machine power can be divided into electric type and diesel electric hybrid type.

Hammer Breaker
This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be used to break stones immediately when encountering large ones while removing the slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.
The hammer breaker can break stones and maintain the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the side; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting, without the need for supplementary blasting.
There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.
Cable Reel
Special cable reels are adopted so they can realize the flexible and automatic retraction of cables when the equipment enters and exits the site, this saves manpower and material resources, improves safety, and has a high degree of automation, making the mucking loader more flexible and free to enter and exit the site.
Features: Suitable for large roadway working faces within 4*4m to 6*6m.
Price: Economical and affordable. In the past, for such a large roadway excavation equipment, a crawler type mucking loader or a loader was the only choice with a price of more than 400,000.
